IU Columbus/IU Kokomo Secondary T2T Program Partnership

Beginning in the spring of 2021, the Division of Education at IU Columbus and the School of Education at IU Kokomo began offering IU Kokomo’s 18 credit-hour Secondary T2T program in partnership with one another.

Degree programs

Elementary Education

Are you interested in teaching elementary school? You can begin and complete an IU bachelor's degree in elementary education at IU Columbus.

Secondary Education

Are you interested in teaching secondary education (grades 5-12)? You can begin a substantial portion of your classes at IU Columbus before you transfer to another IU campus.

Transfer Single Articulation Pathway

Are you an Ivy Tech or Vincennes graduate? Take the next steps towards earning a bachelor's degree in elementary education at IU Columbus.

Post-baccalaureate teacher certification

Do you already have a bachelor's degree but want to pursue a career in elementary education? You can apply your previously earned credits towards an education degree from IU Columbus.

Are you already a licensed educator?

At IU Columbus, you can renew your license and add additional teaching areas to your existing license.

Opportunities for Licensed Educators

Modeled after Baylor University’s iEngage camp, iEngage Indiana is a free five-day civics day camp for that provides Columbus area 5th - 9th graders with an opportunity to learn how to make a difference in their school, neighborhood, and community. iEngage focuses on developing young people’s civic and political competence and strengthening their community and political engagement through inquiry-based civics projects.
